Two-stage wiped film short path molecular distillation

HXCHEM offer multistage wiped film short path evaprator for high concentrate distillation, can be design batch operate and contiuous feeding & dischargeing. A skid frame unit design will help u save installation troubles. The capacity can be design in 0.1m2---2m2 maximum. 

The plant is a two stage 1m2 wiped film distillation plant with 1x 10m2 external condenser, the raw material is distilled in a very short time by thin film with high vacuum condition. Suitable for distillation of high boiling point and heat sensitive material. Main fabricate material wet part of the evaporator is Stainless Steel 316L; 2 x heating suctions of the evaporator, customer can setting different temperature for the 2 suctions by process requirement. The plant with a plate type chiller after residue discharge gear pump to cooling down the concentrate quickly.
