Stainless steel cladding reactors
Stainless Steel Clad Reactor with Carbon Steel Jacket. Wet part made in stainless steel SS304, SS316L, the outer part made in carbon steel. The jacket can be design in carbon steel.
Stainless steel clad reactors are mainly cylindrical, and a few are spherical or other shapes. Cylindrical pressure vessels usually consist of shell, head, pipe, flange and other parts and components. The higher the working pressure of pressure vessels is, the thicker the wall of cylinder should be. If the vessel thickness exceeds 16mm, cladding plates could be considered, base material used for strength and clad material used for anti-corrosion function. Reduce costs for you! Available material：SS304, SS316, Titanium, Nickel, Hastelloy B/C, Monel, Zirconium, Inconel, Tantalum.
