Introduction

This series stirred pressure reactors are pilot reaction devices made of stainless steel, including pilot high pressure reactor, heating system, internal cooling coils and control system, which are mainly applied to pilot reaction process, it is an important development process from experiment to industrial production. Pilot-scale autoclave adopts magnetic stirring seal, which is suitable for chemical reactions with high sealing requirements, toxic and explosive.

Top head form adopts elliptical head with flange joint and connect with the shell flange through high strength bolt. This kinds of design is normally suitable for the low pressure process, which has beautiful appearance and easy to disassemble.
