Impellers

HXCHEM autoclave provides various mixing solution for laboratory reactors, the upgrade impellers will successfully finish every process. The main kinds impellers as following:

a) Propeller.

b) Single or two stage, 4/6 bladed pitch blade turbine type impeller

c) Ruston turbine.

d) Paddle.

e) Hollow shaft for high mass transfer for any gas-liquid reaction.

f) Anchor / anchor with paddle / anchor with PTFE blades for viscous liquids at low rpm

g) Spiral for highly viscous polymers / mixtures with downward thrust at low 100-300rpm

h) Helix for highly viscous material for inside and outside mixing. 

Note:

1) Gear box has to be provided & cooling coil, temp. sensor tube has to be removed for (f), (g) & (h).

2) High torque magnetic drive would be recommended for (f) to (h)
