Introduction

Agitated nutsche filter dryer is one machine integrates washing, filtering and drying functions.

The LABO laboratory agitated nutsche filter dryer has a volume of 15 liters and can be used in agitator scrubber filters/filter dryers/vacuum dryers and has been developed for research, product development and small-scale processing in the laboratory. This unit allows inertization, stock filling, vacuum or pressure filtration, cake smoothing, displacement or re-suspension cleaning, heating, vacuum drying and mixing, cooling and discharge of the dry product. The unit can be used as a stir washing filter, filter dryer, disk dryer, and also as a reward dryer, mixer/mixer, and reactor. The cylindrical body of the container with a glass viewing mirror allows unobstructed observation of the process

• Spraying clean ball equipped, the filter cake can be thoroughly cleaned.

• Mannual/ Hydraulic solid discharge system on the side outlet by the reversal of the S type stirring paddle.
