Agitated nutsche filter dryer is one machine integrates washing, filtering and drying functions.

Applications: Phamaceutical, Chemical, Food,  Pesticide, Dyeing, Paper, Battery, etc.,

Features

• Type: Plate type filters.

• Volumes: 100L~1000L
  

• Intergration of filtration, washing, drying;

• Jacket design for heating & cooling;

• Shaft seal type: Composite seal; One end mechanical seal; Double end mechanical seal;

• Agitator: Speed control, clockwise & counterclockwise, lifting and lowering ;

• Impeller type: Paddle or S type paddle, hollow shaft with heating, dry product discharge.

• Filter cake: Metal sintered plate, metal mesh, filter cloth; (200mesh, 500mesh, 1000mesh, 2000mesh)

• Spraying clean ball equipped, the filter cake can be thoroughly cleaned.

• Mannual/ Hydraulic solid discharge system on the side outlet by the reversal of the S type stirring paddle.
